Our Process


There’s nothing quite like a face to face conversation for getting to know you, your organisation and the message you need to communicate. It’s a great way to get a feel for what you need before we start to produce an estimate. It’s designed to focus our thinking as much as it is yours! If you’re pushed for time, no problem, we can discuss by telephone or through email if that suits you better.


Next we’ll outline the estimate based on our findings from the listening stage. The estimate document will provide you with a summary of the project including a breakdown of costs based on an hourly rate, specification of print or website functionality and a delivery date for completion. If you like what you see, simply sign on the dotted line and we’re good to go.


CM2 Creative will only be a success if you’re a success. But we know that can only be achieved by working closely with you. So we’ll guide you through every aspect of the creative process to ensure that nothing is left to chance. As with any project, getting it right may include additional revisions outside the scope of the estimate. However, if we anticipate this happening you’ll be the first to know.
